Then the plugin can't have installed properly. Did you upgrade (deactivate, upload, activate) or did you install from fresh?
The only thing I can think of is to uninstall the feature, upload all the new files (just to make sure) then re-install it. You shouldn't lose any data as such, as it's all saved in the reputation columns.
