Yes, it works with the MyBB language packs.

One question when you realse it is it able to go stright in website that are quite busy or will it have to have more testing before we should try and do that?

With any beta software, you should always use it in a test environment first before just uploading it and hitting activate on your live site. This is a massive plugin which, quite literally, replaces the entire MyBB profile system. Any plugins that integrate into the profile probably won't work, so it's probably a good idea to see what effects it has on your forum first...
