Is it worth to subscribe premium Gecko ID right now? It's pretty slow. I've been waiting since last year for new features (2 years before MyNetwork launched) and I don't see any developer want to develop new features for MyNetwork except the founder, Tomm. 7.50 Euro is nothing for me, but I won't pay and need to wait another month to see new features or update, and yet no new features every month.

Basically, I'm waiting for work off someone before pressing ahead with some changes to the Gecko system - and the rest of Xekko. The changes are awesome to say the least and I can't wait to get things going. Unfortunately, I'm stuck in the middle, which is why I'm biding my time with releases and updates. I don't want to release MyNetwork fully without a website behind it that I'm happy with.

On top of MyBB work, I'm glad to have a bit of peace! I've also been able to streamline my releases too, and some of them are awesome too. Just wait until you get to grips with MyNetwork Mobile. I haven't stopped playing with it for ages.

The new changes include a new look, simplified downloads system and support FAQs - as well as a change to the subscriptions. Where the 7.50€ gives you access to the Custom Post Reputation feature, and in the past exclusive access to new features such as inline Relative Time, it will actually convert to becoming a 12 month support subscription - as well as exclusive plugins only available to subscribers - similar to what other MyBB plugin sites do.

Most importantly though, I'll be pushing for anybody who uses and enjoys MyNetwork to buy a subscription. Not only do I get to personally support everyone who buys one, it also buys me a beer and a burger. I like beer. I like burgers.

Well, I am gonna renew my subscription. The things you have posted here on Xekko have made it possible for me to understand a lot more about how MYBB works - as a result I have TWO (IMO awesome) plug-ins for my site that are totally due to Tomm.

7.50€ seems VERY reasonable.

I plan to develop someday modules/features for MyNetwork, but unfortunately I'm still busy now with other projects as MyBB CMS and a new website.

On the MyNetwork site is a link to a section called "Development Lab" I guess it's only for premium users, as I get a permission error when I try to view the page. May I ask what exactly the Development Lab is?

The Development Lab has never been open - it currently contains a buggy set of codes that link to MyNetwork's SVN repository. I mainly use it to package releases for download.

With the new changes, the Development Lab will be open to subscribers to let them have access to the beta releases before they are released to the general public.
