OK im lost, i uploaded the files to my directory. I did this by looking at each folder and put the files in the correct folder. (or was I just supposed to upload the entire mynetworkcore folder ....idk). But after its all done uploading, it dosent show up in my plugins in the admin panel.? What am I doing wrong?

You just need to upload them following the structure in the download. If it doesn't appear in the plugins list then you haven't uploaded all the files!
