The Web App is almost done actually, I made it a while back and never got round to releasing it. You don't submit it to an app store, but when you visit it on a mobile device it acts like one (and you can add it to your home screen just like an app).

It's just post reputation with a couple of tweaks; turn off minus reputation and change the link to add CSS class.
