Thanks for the info, Howman; as ryansstuff said it's been reported before - it's because I developed the theme on a 1.6 forum ready for the upgrade and it's causing one or two problems with a 1.4 forum.
I'm glad you like the theme too! There's a few more changes I need to make before I'm happy but it's certainly getting there. As for subscribing, you'll be able to see the new Downloads CP shortly where you can head to download the software. Even though the major modules (such as Profile System and Tracker) are still in development, you'll be able to access the smaller features that are already made. These are free of charge, and will be available sometime after 1.6 is released.
