MyTracker 1.0.0 Beta (Snapshot 1) is now available.
Following the initial beta release of MyTracker, Snapshot 1 is now available. This fixes over 20 bugs and introduces a few features, such as:
- Inline comment editing
- Deleting Issues/Ideas
- Visibility options
- 'Private' Projects
Upgrading from MyTracker 1.0.0 Beta
Upgrading is simple. Redownload MyTracker Core, and upload all the files to your forum root - keeping the folder structure in the download. Then, simply visit ./tracker/install/upgrade.php and follow the steps.
The Snapshot also allows you to uninstall MyTracker. Upgrade to the Snapshot, then visit ./tracker/install/, and then follow the steps. It will automatically try and create a backup of its data in case you need to import old issues and ideas or projects and reinstall the tracker.
If you're using the tracker in a 'live' environment, well, you shouldn't be.

... upgrading will be OK to fix the bugs and things that have been reported. If you're just testing it out, and you're able to lose the data you've already put into the tracker, then I suggest you upgrade, uninstall, then reinstall. It'll take 5 minutes, honestly. Probably less.
Even though we've tested this fully in our networks, it still might have problems with it. Remember to backup completely before making any changes, and if you have any trouble whatsoever, feel free to PM or email me (tomm@mybboard.net) your ACP and FTP/phpMyAdmin details and I'll install it for you.
MyTracker will work on PHP 5.3.0. I doubt it will work in mySQL Strict mode and PHP Safe mode. Let me know if you have any problems though.
